Become a volunteer tutor for the Literacy Center of West Michigan here in Grand Rapids. Help people who are desperate to learn the English language and want to be able read books and navigate with ease in everyday life.
Tutor orientation to learn more about helping adults improve their reading skills are being held on March 5th and 11th This would be a great opportunity for seniors to offer their skills to others.
