It is hard to believe that the newest fashion-forward boutique in Grand Rapids is also extremely affordable. The Urban Exchange, a brand new boutique on East Fulton Street, is a hip consignment store located at 926 East Fulton Street. Stephanie Johnson, the owner of Urban Exchange, is responsible for making this unique clothing treasure box possible. Following her passion for urban fashion and art, Johnson created a vibrant place in Grand Rapids that women can go to for their latest clothing desires. There could not have been a better time in this weakened economy for this creative entrepreneur to open up a store to serve our community's needs.

Johnson originally came to Grand Rapids to attend Grand Valley State University twenty years ago. Her love for the up-and-coming area eventually called her to carry out her dream business on East Fulton Street.
