GRAND RAPIDS, MI - The Flood Advisory continues for the Grand River at Grand Rapids until late Friday night.  At 11 am Tuesday, the stage was 15.6 feet.  The Bankfull stage (over its banks) is 12.0 feet, while Flood stage is 18.0 feet.
 

Forecast:  The Grand River will continue to fall.
 

Impact:  At 15.0 feet, expect minor flooding to occur in low lying areas upstream and downstream of Grand Rapids, especially in the  areas of North Park, Comstock Park, and Robinson Township.  Some seepage into basements of businesses in Grand Rapids can occur, according to the National Weather Service.
