Grand River Water Levels Retrun To Normal Levels Downtown

With temps hovering at the 80 degree mark there was plenty of activity on and around the trails that run along the Grand River in downtown. A little over a week ago the paths were submerged in 3 to 4 feet of water. Fast forward a week and there was a plethora of joggers, walkers, fishermen and even someone on a kayak out on the river.
