Restaurant Week 2013 unveils menus | News
GRAND RAPIDS (WZZM) - Restaurant Week Grand Rapids is just a few weeks away and participants are releasing their special menus so you can plan ahead.
From Great Lakes Perch to Lubber's Farm Grilled Pork Chops, each of the restaurants participating are asked to create food from local farms to depict the farm-fresh taste of West Michigan. Menus will include recipes made with fresh peaches, apples, sweet corn, greens, and peas, green beans, sweet tomatoes, and much more.
Restaurant Week Grand Rapids 2013 begins on August 14 and runs for 11 days through August 24. The public is advised to make reservations early at their favorite restaurants and to consider weekday nights and earlier dining times for booking.
