LaughFest holds Short Film Showcase | News
GRAND RAPIDS (WZZM)- WZZM 13 photojournalist Aaron Russman made his debut at LaughFest Tuesday night. He directed a short film called Sentinel and it premiered at LaughFest's short film showcase Tuesday, along with three other short films.
Russman wrote, produced and directed it in 2008 as a pilot for a new show. He has more than 20 episodes written and it all involved local actors.
Russman says he would like the show to be picked up by a network like HBO.
