Former SNL stars return to the stage | News

GRAND RAPIDS (WZZM)-Laughfest brought some big names back on stage Saturday night.

Former Saturday Night Live regulars Martin Short and Kevin Nealon joined original SNL writer Alan Zweibel for a special performance inside DeVos Place. Guests enjoyed dinner while watching the antics unfold.

Proceeds raised during the event will benefit local Gilda's Clubs.

Short says Gilda Radner was a role model to all.

"I think that Gilda was the first cast female cast member to literally become a superstar of that show, and have a huge influence on future cast members, male and female," said Short.
LaughFest runs through March 18.
