Two men accused of tax credit scheme | News
GRAND RAPIDS (WZZM)-A federal grand jury is indicting two Michigan men on tax fraud charges.
In the indictment, Chad Chertos of Ada and Gregory VanDyke of White Cloud are accused of requesting tax credits their clients were not eligible for and having the refund checks sent to their addresses. The alleged crimes took place between April 2009 and August 2010.
So far no charges have been filed.
