California group buying Bridgewater Place | News

Colliers International has confirmed to WZZM 13 the building is being sold to Hertz Investment Group in California.  It is the group's first property in Michigan.  Colliers says the Hertz family toured Grand Rapids during ArtPrize weekend and was impressed with the vitality of the community and the economic growth in the area.

Colliers has handled leasing space at Bridgewater Place for the last two years.  Spectrum Health is in the process of moving into 38,000 feet of the building.

Other details of the sale are not available, but it is expected to be completed within 30 to 45 days.
