Rob Bliss planning citywide 'LipDub' | News
Title (Max 100 Charaters)
GRAND RAPIDS (WZZM) - Community organizer Rob Bliss is back with plans for a huge Grand Rapids citywide music video this spring.
The Grand Rapids LipDub Video is slated to film across downtown Grand Rapids on Sunday, May 15, with rehearsals on Sundays during April. A LipDub is a video that combines lip-sycning and audio dubbing to make a music video that is filmed in one take.
The LipDub will be to the song "American Pie" by Don Mclean, a song that is almost nine minutes long. Bliss says that he plans on having crowds of thousands, choirs, parades, bands, dancers, and a climactic helicopter take off in the video.
Creo Productions and the Compass Film Academy will produce the video.
